It's beautiful!!!!! St.George Island colors....pet all you want but when you make something form it ...I want it!!!!
Did you ever do anything with the yard I gave you (the green and cream) or are you just going to let it sit there looking pretty and petting it?

So there were advantages to having the power be out today, yes?

There's plenty of time between now and Christmas for you to break the back of the gift list with scarves.

It's a lovely colour, like a lagoon green. The sea we get round here is generally grey, matching the rainy sky.

If you transplant cilantro it goes to seed straightaway, if you want it for the leaf you have to sow it in the final pot. I found this out the hard way with two seven foot rows. It will be a while before I need to buy coriander seed.

Laura, lovely, you have become quite an accomplished knitter and weaver.
I check SGI status tonight and no oil for now.
Going in October anyway. Love, Nana

The loom is so exciting! Looking forward to seeing what you create. Love the vest too, and your no-nonsense attitude to steeking is just what the knitting blogosphere needs. Snip snip indeed!

The shoulder buttons are a good idea because not only are babies squirmy but they have enormous heads. if it looks big that's good, at some point it will fit. If it looked small then you would be on a loser. I have no interest in the inside of knitting, there's a reason that it's called the private side.
